DDP Informed Sessions
By using the ideas from Dan Hughes’ therapeutic intervention of DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy), both parents and child are supported to build the bonds of attachment and gain a clearer understanding of developmental trauma.Â
Trauma-Informed Life Story Work
Therapeutic life story work helps children and young people make sense of their history, identity, and relationships in a safe, age-appropriate way. Through thoughtful conversations and creative activities, it supports understanding, emotional processing, and a stronger sense of belonging. Work is planned with carers and professionals, starting with an enquiry to check suitability and safeguarding needs.
